Psalms 30:11-12 He turned my mourning into dancing

Dancing is a form of expression of praise, victory, and celebration. Imagine that the Lord turns our mourning into dancing.

I have lost a close friend this year. Even in my faith there was grief in knowing that she was no longer here on earth for me to laugh and fellowship with each week at church, have our monthly dinners, and to encourage each other.

It has taken much prayer and comfort from God to continue the healing in my heart. This grief led me to a deeper place of self-reflection and worship. I am not alone and trusting God always leads you back to dancing.

Reflection: God please continue to wipe our tears away, turn our mourning into dancing. I am clothed with gladness and will sing praises and give thanks to you forever!
