Woman of Worth

Ps 139:14

“I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.”

Our humanness seeks affirmation. We seek acceptance and approval first from our parents, then as we continue to grow and mature we seek it from our siblings, teachers, and friends. At times we even fall into the trick of seeking worldly affirmations from those we will never know on social media, through magazines, and material possessions.

Sometimes we get too wrapped up in what the world says about us and ignore or forget what God says. This is a simple reminder that we are wonderful because God says so. In all of our faults we are wonderful in His sight.

Reflection: God help me to continue to know and show my worth!Lead me to also show this same Godly worth to other women (young and old).
